This image was created for Cisco Systems to illustrate their hardware/software that facilitates medical staff from around the world to consult on cases in real time. Multiple off camera strobes and light modifiers were used to capture the shot. The RAW file was rendered multiple times and blended together to extend the dynamic range. Canon 5D mkII, 16-35mm f/2.8L, Pocket Wizards. Output on Epson 7600.
